Welloxon Perfect is an oxidant which is used to obtain: a safe coloring result and maximum reliable coverage in use with Koleston Perfect, Koleston Innocense or Illumina. Optimal results in combination with Blondor. Can also be used with other oxidation dyes. Never use with ammonia-free colorations. Mix in the correct ratio with the hair dye.
