Description

Neutraliser for permanent waving of hair for use with other Active Form products. Neutraliser should be mixed with water 1 + 1. Product is capable to penetrate deep into hair fibres. Uses osmosis to protects hair from excessive and harmful swelling of hair fibres during the neutralising process. The result is a longer-lasting permanent, better-treated hair and more pronounced curl.
